As you can see it's hot riveted. You should be able to grind the heads off to remove the plate. Then you'll need to drill the rest of the rivet out of the holes and tap them so you can use bolts. I'm assuming you want to clean the carbon out of the crossover tubes.
Another option is to take the manifold to a machine shop and have it hot tanked.

If you want, you can "hot tank" it yourself with a tub full of water mixed with T.S.P. (tri-sodium-phosphate). It will probably have to soak for 3-4 days. but it's cheap and saves you a trip to the shop.
-No need to worry about them losing your intake either!
