I want to change the rims on a '92 E250 van with 15" rims. I tried a set of '95 16" from a Ram pickup and found that the center hole is not large enough diameter to fit (though the bolt pattern is fine). I spent about an hour trying to find a part interchange guide or anything to tell me which rims will fit on what year... no luck! So, I'm posting here.
I've thought about trying to machine these rims out so that they fit, but I'm not sure how expensive that would be (maybe cheaper to find the correct rim?)...
Thanks in advance for any info!

I'm assuming you mean the Ford Econoline van since you reference an E250. Ford has the same bolt pattern but their hub is larger so the Dodge wheels won't fit, but the Ford wheels will fit the Dodge.
You need to have the center hole machined or find a set of nice Ford wheels.

I have a 1980 Dodge Van B350 (1Ton). And I'm looking for wheels.
I have the 8 lug wheels. I have measured my hub diameter and I found it to be 4.75 inches... is this right? I also want to know the bolt pattern so that when I look for rims I can get the right ones. I don't know how the bolt pattern is meausred, otherwise I would've measured it already. If anyone knows the bolt pattern or knows how I can find the bolt pattern, that would be great!
Thanks

I also have a 1-ton/8-lugger. Mine is a '71 B300. I'm also looking for what my bolt pattern and hub cut-out are. I read in one of the truck forums that theirs are 8 on 6.5". Is this true for the vans too? Also, they said that all Dodge and '97 or older Fords will fit but Chevy cut-outs are too small. Can anyone verify this? Thanks.

The lug pattern for the B300 is 8 x 6.5"
I don't know if Ford or Chevy rims will fit.

I am pretty sure that "the lug pattern for the B300 is 8 x 6.5", just as Dodgevanman says. I have also heard that Fords changed lug pattern size in '98, so the only Ford rims that would fit your van would be Ford trucks 97' or older. On Chevy trucks, their center/hub hole is smaller. As far as I know, Dodge has not changed their 8 lug wheels... all 8 lug Dodge wheels should fit.
Good luck in finding wheels for your van... and please post some pictures of before and after once you get your wheels.

On the HD B2500, they have the 8-lug pattern too. The ligher B2500 has the 5-lug pattern like the B1500.
