Hi, I can't see out the back of my 92 GC when in reverse. The reverse lights work, and are clean, I just can't see. I want to install and external light and was wondering how to do it.

Also, after driving 50 miles or so, the speedometer sticks right at 60mph and won't move unless I stop and turn off the engine then restart. Then it will stick right around 60 mph again.

Thanks!!

I am thinking the same thing. I tow a lot with my GC and the tinted window in the rear makes it hard to see anything with the little light the reverse light provides. I have a 98 so it will be a little different I suppose but I am assuming similiar their might be issues with what the circuit can handle with the current setup.

I am thinking of getting a shop manual to help me out with placement within the rear door and then a switch to make it an option when in reverse.

For your speedometer problem, try reseting your instrument cluster. It goes like this:
With the key off, press the trip reset button for 5 to 6 seconds until Sof and a number appears in the odometer window then let it go. The cluster should move all neddles to set positions, then back to zero.

Hope this helps.
