I have a 1988 Ram B250 van, 318 T/B injected. when it is cold it revs high in 2nd gear then it finally shifts to 3rd. When I back out of my driveway then put it in drive it will go in for a second then it pops into neutral. When it does this I'll put it back in park then back in drive then it will go. It only does this when it is cold when it has been driven for a half hour or so it shifts fine. HELP
