Hi, first post here, I couldn't find it in any posts but I am looking to change my stock wheels to a set of torque thrust II. I need to know the stock specs on our wheels {backspacing** american racing will make the wheels in 18" x8"
5 on 4.5 lug pattern and 5.5 backspacing. And also how wide has anybody went with tire size on 18". Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum. I don't know what I'm talking about here but I believe the bolt pattern is metric. Like 5 x 115mm or something like that. Do some searching on that.

Hi, I have a set of the American wheels you are talking about that I bought for my 03 Ram 1500. They are called American Torque thrust Classic 205.
The factory back space is aprox. 5 9/16 inches and the 5 lug bolt space is 5 1/2 inches even though the factory spec. is given in a metric dimension.
I also ordered the 18 X 8 inch size, but due to messing up my back earlier this week I haven't been able to put them on my truck yet, maybe next week.
