Good Evening! I have a question about the power window in my 93 CARAVAN. Yesterday I was taking my daughter and her friend to their all important destination again. I push the window switch on drivers door to lower window and nothing happened. My daughter tried her side with the same result. After a few minutes and a few blocks everything worked fine. Today nothing! This weekend I will try and repair/find the problem. Could it be the switch on drivers door? Has there been problems of this nature with switches? Where should I start first? sounds like a loose electrical connection to me ...
any chance some liquid has been down in there (like accidentally left the windows down during rain ?)
just trying to rule out some possibilities

That's exactly what it was. Took off the door panel driver side and the connection was loose. Thanks!

Double check the wiring harness in the drivers door jamb. This is very common to break wiring in the jamb as the door is always opeing and closing flexing the harness.
The symptoms are exactly as you describe, intermittent operation. You can wiggle the harness while the door is open while operating the switch for the inoperative circuit(windows,locks)trying to see if you can get them to react.
Something to think about for next time or anyone else that has a problem.
