Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before I take it to the dealership.
My fog lights don't work at all. My headlights come on when the car is on and there is nothin' I can do about it. I can't just turn on the parking lights.
Also, pulling back on the lever does not flash the brights. They will come on when I push it forward but not when it's pulled back.
I checked the fuses for both the headlights and the foglights and they are fine.

They might be on a relay????

how do I find out?
Outside of pushin da button and checkin da fuse, my troubleshooting expertise is at a minimum.

My column brights/dim lever is a little flakey. Brights would get stuck on upon pulling back on lever to flash them. It seems to have worked itself out finally but if it pops back up, back to the dealer with it.

One thing I have noticed a lot is that my headlights' intensity hops all over the place too frequently, dimming and brightening -- especially upon placing any other load on the system like using brake lights or windows.
I expect some fluctuation -- I've noticed it with all cars. But the frequency of the intensity changes makes me think a bad voltage regulator or ground or something, I dunno.

Well, in the "old days", we used to just look in the owners manual and it stated if there was a relay for the headlamps and also indicted where it was located.

I dunno if it's in this new book or not....should be...

Oh, yeah...it might also be a fused link..basically a fuse in a holder that you can't change...you cut the link out and patch in a new one. Though I don't think this is used anymore.
