Q's about weatherstriping

All of the door seals on my dear ol van need to be replaced. Because of the rattle of the slant six, wind noise is only a problem on REAL windy days...

My van has only one seal per door as opposed to our Church van (99 B3500) has TWO seals per front door. When did MOPAR add the 2nd seal, or does it depend on the package option ordered? CAn I add the 2nd seal to mine. Cost?

PS When did Dodge go to the plastic door handles??

I think all doors from '79-'94 are basically the same....Dodge changed the van doors in '98. I'm not sure the 2 piece seals will fit your door. I would just get the weathertripping for your year van.

Let's see my '94 has the plastic handles, but this is the first year the van had a major facelift since '79. I'm going to guess '94 was the first year for plastic handles.
