It's behind the glovebox above the HVAC plenum screwed to the firewall. I think it's a dealer piece.

Thanks Dodgevanman. I just invested in a Haynes Repair Manual.

Isn't this resistor in the Heater/Cooling Box?

For All:
If you havn't done it yet:
CHECK YOUR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR for corrosion! :VHOT:
Mine almost started burning! The hole plug with all cabels got melted!
That happend after 3 yrs after buying my new Dodge ('97)

Help Dodevanman, I found the blower motor resistor and replaced it, (nothing)... replaced the motor switch, (nothing)....tested the blower motor on a battery, the fan came on. I do hear a clicking sound coming from the glove dept. when I switch the motor switch on high. Help......

Is the blower not working at all or does it only work on some speeds?

A clicking sound huh? Hmmmmmm, I wonder if there could be a relay for the blower motor, but I'm not 100% sure.

I'll have to look at my wiring schematics when I get home from work today.

There is an A/C relay behind the glove compartment...it has 5 wires to it's connector.

1) Dark Green
2) Black
3) Dark Green/White
4) Pink/Black
5) Brown

Looks like the wiring for the blower motor, the switch, and the resistor all go through this relay.
