I'd throw out a guess here (IMO) and say its a survivor for sure

By the looks of the HVAC controls, A/C was either a dealer add-on or the original owner added A/C.
A set of new wheels would set the van off right. Keep it simple and put a set of the steel Mopar "cop" wheels. These were used on Dodge cop cars in the late 70's -early 80's. They look good painted the Mopar rallye wheel argent silver with a plain hubcap and stainless trim ring.

Mine got 7 x 15 slotted chrome wheels from factory although they were long gone by the time I got a hold of it. I hate the white wagon wheels it has now and have been thinking about adding Magnum 500's to my 77.

I was thinking about a set of Cragers or American Racing wheels that are in the same vintage as the van. I do like the "cop" wheel idea. Love the Magnums, but they are probaly fairly pricey?
