I saw those fender badges a while ago, and think I may get a couple to throw on mine. I figured they would look good on the rear Pillars of my cab, or on the fenders ( I was thinking on the rear corner near the door, not the front part ), or maybe just a single one on the tailgate.
I like the 3500 single rear wheel. An option GM and Ford have had for awhile and been quite successful with. I only wish that Dodge would have gone the extra few inches and made the cab big enough for real full sized doors on the rear like the other brands. They still look sharp, but are lacking just that little bit of utility for ranchers with saddles, etc. Again, DC is making a huge effort, and then just stopping litterally inches short of the home run. Of course, this is just my opinion. Ford is looking at putting a smaller, lighter diesel in the half tons. What about Dodge? Ford and Chevy both have full sized SUV's (several models to choose from) Dodge has nothing. Hasn't for 10 years, and even those were just 2 doors. I don't know what they are thinking. They always come in a day late, and just a little short. Cummins is a darn good powerplant. Too bad we didn't have the b!tchinest body around it. Nice looking, but just a little short....
Okay, my 2¢ are out there, and the thud you hear is me steppingn down off the soapbox...... Who's next?

dodge_em, here's a sneak peek at the 2004 durangos coming out next year:
the 'gos will get the ram grille and a little growth hormone. the hemi is a likely engine, but a diesel is up in the air.
back to the original topic, i saw a 2003 3500 at a local dealer today! i was driving by and spotted it. it was a white SLT quad cab dually. i'm unsure of the engine because i wasn't close enough. but it was still cool to see! if it's there when i get my next day off, i'm gonna see about test driving it.
what's sad is that my dealer hasn't gotten in any 2003 rams yet. they haven't even sold all the 2002's yet. they still have probably a dozen or more to get rid of. i don't know what their problem is. my salesman who sold me my truck bolted and now works for a ford dealership. go figger.
