CNG Conversion?

Is it possible to convert to CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) as an alternative fuel source? I know Dodge built CNG Ram Vans in the recent past (5.2L V8). What would be involved in the conversion? Where would you go to fill up? Is CNG cheaper that regular gasoline? Any drawbacks?
