My wifes 96 voyager heater only works on high. I was told at a dealer to replace the resistor block. I did, heater still stuck on high. I replaced the blower motor and that didn't change anything. I even took the control panel off and switched it with my sisters voyager and hers did the same thing in my van and my wifes control panel worked perfectly in my sisters. Go figure??? So I'm guessing I have a wire problem or a relay problem? I was told there is a replay somewhere under the steering colunm? This I don't know. Please help my wife is up my a#%...

Normally this is a blower resistor problem and you just replace that , did you check the connector when you did it , these things have a tendency to melt sometimes then you have to repair that also . You may have a short if the connector has problems .

Either that or the relay is stuck, causing the high speed.
From memory, the relay is above the steering column on the firewall area. Inside the van of course where it's lots of fun to get at.:(

Thanks, that was my next question. The resistor plug was fine. That's funny, I just bought a 1999 QC V-10 LWB 4X4 with 47,000 miles on it. My brother also owns a 1970 Challenger R/T Convertible. His has a 340 in it. The orginal motor was out of it when he got the car. Small world. I don't have a Swinger though. Thanks again on the relay. I'll check it this weekend.
