Caravan obd2 scanner

Could someone please recommend a good fairly inexpensive obd2 scanner that will also reset the computer. I have a 1996 Caravan.

If the caravans are anything like the Daks/Rams, all you have to do to reset the computer is disconnect the battery for about half hour or so, reconnect and it should be reset.

I'm not sure if OBDII can be reset doing that...I know that OBDI can. It's been such a darn long time since I've worked with a scanner to remember.
