"97 T and C rear windows won't work

HI, my '97 T and C rear windows will only open once in a while, very slowly and then won't close, both of them. Any ideas why and how to fix this? They are both motor driven and failed at the same time.

Are these the side windows that pop out? I wonder if there is any way to get in there to lubricate the mechanisms????
