Removing Scuff Marks

On the front door bottom door jams, it seems that we're getting scuff marks from shoes.

Any suggestions as what to use to clean them without damaging the finish?

That stuff will usually come right off. I use just soap and water. If they get really stuborn, use WD40. Note that WD40 will also strip off the wax, so if you go this route, re-wax it.

This has been a continual problem with my wife's Explorer (Exploder !) and I can't seem to train her. Sigh....
