Running Board cover?

I recently saw an 04 D with factory running boards, on the blank area (without the faded black rubber/plastic) it had a metal cover with rubber tread of some sort. It was the exact shape and contour of the running board so I imagine it has to be for that purpose (ie-not a generic step).I find that the blank area on mine is where I typically step.

Does anyone here know where to get these?
