interior lights won"t go off

interior lights won't go off have to pull the fuse, then i can't use the radio. any suggestions?

I'm not sure on the Intrepids, but on my Ram the interior lights are on a rotating dial. I'd say mess with the wheel (dial) and see if that works. Hope this helps.
