Mopar Has Headers For The Hemi At The Low-low Price Of $1250.00!!!!!!!!!! (buy Two!) That's How Much It Will Cost To Maintain Your Warranty They Say. The Reality Is They Must Prove Your Add Ons Were The Cause Of The Failure, Tough To Do With Exhaust. A Supercharger, No Question Your Warranty Is Void But Intakes And Exhaust Are No Problem. I Found Jba Headers For Less Than Half The Mopars Cost, They Are Stainless Ceramic Coated As Well. I Asked My Exhust Guy, He Said It Would Exhust Better No Question However I Would Be Looking At Another Five Hp. I Have A Cat-back System Now, Do I Need Headers? For Five Hp I Would Say No. I Did Hear A Hemi With Headers, Sounds Just Like Mine. Opinions?

I'm new to the Hemi, but my gut feeling is that with the speed density fuel control, headers will be underwhelming. The ECM will not "know" the headers are there, and unless you can program for the better breathing, improvement will be a small increment.
If we had a MAF (mass air sensor) based system, the ECM would notice the easy breathing much better, and results would be more dramatic.

My Thorleys on my wife's Ram really woke it up. Now her Hemi sounds like a Hemi. Previous to this, we had a True Flow intake and Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust on. I also added a power cat converter with the Thorley headers. Supposedly, Thorley makes some headers for the Durango. I will order them once my rig arrives.

so there ARE headers for the 5.7 HEMI?? The Durango I mean, not the Ram...I bet there is a difference in the two..not the block but all the other crap...placement..etc.

Go to Dougsheaders.com. I got mine coated, and the finish is very nice. I added the power cat and it sounds really nice through the FM Hemi specific cat back.
