I saw a real nice one with the ram Logo on a Ram 1500, Does anyone know if it there is one avail for the durango?

I've been looking for one, since I got my Durango in Aug but have yet to find one, for the 04's. I've sen one from Lund for the 03's so I sent them an email asking if they were gonna make one for the 04's but never got a response.
I dunno why Dodge doesn't make one, as I think a chrome bug shield would look great on the Durango. I'm wondering how close the Durango's nose is to the Ram 1500's nose, to potentially use the chrome shield from the 1500.

I am not a fan of bug shields generally on the new D's (although I had a Lund Interceptor that I loved on my old Dakota)...this brings me to my next rant:
--I may go with a bug shield/deflector if I keep getting paint chips on my hood and chips in my windshield from the crappy highways of Florida...these aren't major cracks in the windshield or huge dents/scratches on my hood; just small chips on both which are driving my CRAZY...granted I have to drive 20 miles to and from work on I 95 everyday but still even with the road construction I shouldn't have this many chips...is Dodge using a cheaper/softer grade of glass on the windshield?? I have always heard that Dodge is notorious for thin paint jobs....

I just wish it had the dodge logo, I really liked that on the ram one, but I guess I can live with the plain chrome :)

too late for me....already got the chips on the hood and windshield to prove it!! it's so funny how those two areas are specifically mentioned in the advertisement for it...I should of read it earlier!!

I was looking at a buddy's 1500 bugshield and yes it does have the Dodge logo on it, but that's because the bugshield covers his logo up. His logo is at the top of his grille, while ours is in the middle of the grill.
Biged6464, I have some chips(even a minute ding in the windshield) too but I figure it's better late that never and the chrome look with hopefully distract people from noticing the dings :p

good point....I just guess that I never cared as much as I do about the D about my other cars/trucks...that's why I never noticed it/cared as much

I just checked with my dealer, part no. is 82209246 and there are 442 outstanding orders, and no eta as to when they will ship
