I found the following artical on testing 02 sensors and how to clean them before you run out and replace the suckers. Here in Canada sensors for a 94 intrepid are around $100 for the Bosch brand. In my case I did have a bad crank sensor and I believe that caused my engine to carbon-up due to the timming been thrown-off, which in turn screw-up my sensors which in turn set-off a code 51. I did not have sensor wrench if I did I would have removed the sensors and cleaned and tested the suckers, instead I decided to clen the sensors on the engine as indicated in the following artical and it worked. I save $200 and completed the job in a few minutes.
