I have a 2004 SX 2.0 with factory 15" wheels. My question is that I have a set of 14" rims and wanted to know if they will fit. I want to use the 14" rims as winter rims. I want to take the chrome ones off.

They're small - of course they'll fit. The backspacing will have to be right (43mm I think) but get that and a slightly higher profile tire such as a 60 series.

your 15 inch wheels should have 185/60/15's, so you'd want a 175/70/14 inch winter tire. brake clearance will not be a problem as base Neons come with 14's..
