valve cover gasket

my sister has a 95 neon that I need to replace the valve cover gasket in. I was hopeing that someone could tell me the tork. specs for the cover.and any problumes I might encounter.thanks

just tighten it down and maybe the grommits aroung the bolts might leak otherwise its a straight foward simple job
