I got my SXT for $24,500. Mine has a sunroof but no leather. It was on sale (this dealer only has one SXT on sale at any given time). I think you can definitely negotiate with the SXT. R/T is a bit harder. Right now Dodge has $1,000 bonus cash program. I leased mine for 3 years @ 12k mi/year for $370/mo. Residual was listed at 47%. Not too shabby.

Magnums don't stay on the lots around here, we bought the only one they had. We got a STX w/all the goodies(leather, pwr sunroof, upgraded CD etc.) and ended up paying almost $30K. No bargain but a damn nice car.

Here is an interesting article on CNN/Money about recent car price trends. Moral of the story: don't pay sticker, not right now anyway.
"The average new car sold for almost $5,000 below sticker price in July, according to data from automotive Web site Edmunds.com. That's a 16.8 percent discount, based on the average new vehicle sticker price of $29,746, and is the widest since Edmunds began tracking incentives data in January 2002."
