:VHOT: I have a 99 Dodge Neon and the brakes keep dragging on the front right. I have replaced the master cylinder, caliper, pads and wheel bearing. When I bleed the brakes I can get the fluid to come out, but it doesn't suck back into the cylinder. Fluid either doesn't go back to the master cylinder or the pads won't release and they heat up very quickly!! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Well I was gonna say it sounds like a proportion valve problem. I don't belive 1st gen neons had ABS
