I replaced the battery in my wifes 1998 grang caravan sport,now the rear window wipper lights on the dash are blinking,I was told by the dodge dealer that I need to recalibrate the dash.I cant find any info on this in the owners manual.Can anyone help me with this.THANKS

Best i can tell looking at a service manual here at work the dealer has to use a scan tool to recalibrate the dash, at least for the gauges. I don't know about the warning lights though. :dunno:

I bet you have more than one flashing light. It should be the rear wiper and the delay rear wiper buttons. The heater-A/C control head can be recalibrated by starting the engine, setting temp to cold, with fan on high, and pushing the rear wash and rear wiper buttons at the same time until a bunch of lights start to flash.
Since the battery was replaced it'll run the calibration/diagnostic test (2 lights flashing) then the cooldown test (2 other lights flashing). If all passes the rear wiper switch will flash alone. Push it to exit tests. If it fails.........Well that's a new post altogether.

Pex,Thank's for the info it worked.Those blinking lights were driving me crazy,and thinking I had to go to a dealer to fix it was killing me even more.

I have the same problem. After running the test and pressing wiper button in the end im gettin again 2 flashing lights =(
