Put in a hotter temp thermostat. If that don't work block a small portion of air from the radiator via cardboard, plastic on the grill, something to that effect.

Gronker,
You are a fortunate individual -- most of us have the opposite problem!
Hotter-range spark plugs and advanced timing will also increase engine temp.

how is your heater core? is the valve opening all the way? you can also check the heater hoses, both feed and return, see if the feed is hot and if so how does the return feel?

Reverse flush the heater core to see if it's clogged w/ anything.

There used to be a "high output heater" option. I think that must have been a bigger heater core.
My 76 W100 has this option and it will cook ya out at -20.
