I just got an '09 CC Sport and was considering lifting it 4" and stuffing 37's under it. My dealer said anything over 3 inches of lift would void the warranty. Sounds strange considering you can order a 4" though Mopar. What difference is 1" going to make anyway as far as wear and tear on parts? Any of you lifted brethren had any issues as far as dealers giving you a hard time on warranty work?

They would have to prove that an individual problem was caused by the lift

the local dealer here(corwin) has dealer custom(called corwin customs) is swear they are useing 6in when they sell em and they wouldent sell em if they had no warranty out the door. hasent some one on here got a lift bigger then 4in or 3in really on a 4G?

lots of lifted ones around... you can pay the premium and have them install a mopar 4" and keep your warranty (on suspension components only) or you can pay half the price and install a superlift 4" which is the exact same kit with a different brand and have a lifetime warranty on the suspension components replaced. Let me tell you superlift has awesome customer service. They would have a very hard time denying you warranty anyways. Why is everyone so concerned with warranty? IMO warranty is just a gimmick to sell vehicles, they'll always get you one way or another and if you want to mod your vehicle then you should be willing to deal with it

37's seems a bit big for a 4"......I dunno if you can fit those without rubbing.....plus wouldn't look good IMO.....35's will give you a nice looking gap in the wheel well
