Gauge Cluster / Speedometer Sensor

Can some one post / email to me a copy of the wiring diagram for the gauge cluster for a 90 ( or 91, 92) Dodge D-150

and I am also needing to know if the electronic speedometer drive (VSS) on a manual transmission feeds directly to the gauge cluster or through the PCM.
I have had two speedometer shops give me different info on this.

a little help please,,, a few more details

truck is an 83,, wanting to put in a gauge cluster from a 90,
better looking graphics, has a volt meter...
I have a FSM for the 83, just needing some wiring info for the 90 Gauge cluster and VSS wiring to see how it can be adapted
