So I'm looking for a daily driver and found a 2006 Magnum SXT that seems to fit the bill. Anything I should look out for on these? I know to stay away from the 2.7 V6....is the 3.5 a stout motor?
What about anything else...is there anything these are "infamous" for?
Any advice is appreciated!

the 3.5s are fine. ball joints are usually a concern.
I have an 05 R/T that I drive the nuts out of with 60K miles no major issues

Yeah, get the RT.
Gas mileage will be similar, the engine is a workhorse, and you can pick them up for cheap.
Otherwise you will be happy with any Magnum.

I had a 05 RT, best vehicle I ever had, wish I could of keep it.
Ball joints I mine also started to go around 30000 on mine, other then that no problems, go with a hemi.
oh ya, Tranny went but that was covered under warrenty,
