Radio problems

I recently bought a 96 B 3500 15 passenger van and the radio does not work (no power) I checked the fuses and they were good. I pulled the radio out and all wiring was hooked up, the person I bought it from said it did not work. Any help would be appreciated.

You either have a bad radio, or there is an in-line fuse that has blown.
