Don't know... sorry... The dealer might be able to tell you?
BUT KEEP CHECKING THEM! I had a flat at about 20K, went to change it and found the lug nuts were not very tight! I ended up having to tighten them all up (all 4 wheels). I was shocked as to how loose they had become....

I can't help ya either brother, the Journey isn't here so I can't check the manual to see if it states the #'s.
A good dealer should be able to tell you.
