new gear oil and sparks?

I have read various things in many posts, but maybe this can lump it into one for me.

Can you guys please tell me what you use for gear oil, and spark plugs? I am going to replace both in a few weeks, and want to get the best.

NGK sparks, and amsoil synthetic, but can you get more specific for me?

ive got amsoil series 2000 75w90 gear lube, and autolite 3923 plugs. both work excellent.
