Ordering an RT without a guaranteed price?

I have been trying to order an RT for a couple of weeks, but have heard from several dealers here in Central Texas that they can not guarantee the final price because the Invoice/MSRP is no longer available from Dodge. That, and they can not say when the car will be built. Is anyone else ordering without knowing the price or estimated start of manufacture?

I am in Dallas and the price of an RT has jumped from $29,995 to $35,995 - an increase of $6,000

Here in Clearwater FL, the dealer has 15-25 Magnum's, 4-5 are RTs.
Have you had them check fr nearby dealer stock?

I'd have them do a dealer locate. Call the fleet manager if you have to. I'd rather find one on a lot someplace, than give the dealership money (down payment/deposit)on a vehicle that hasn't been built yet, or one that they aren't willing to generate an invoice for you.
