Before I left to visit my family, I had left my basement workshop all nice and organized with my tranny up on its "Stand". When I came back it was knocked over on the ground.
My "Stand" is two milk crates with the transmission turned sideways so the cross brace is vertical and the housing open. I found my spring that goes under the case cover and some little plastic washer on the ground. Damned if I know where the washer goes. Its more like a ring. Any idea where it goes?
The IBR was bolted on lightly but not torqued on.
Is there anything I should be worried about here and inspect more thoroughly?

833. She decided that she would re arrange most of the house wile I was out... We had argued for two days long distance about why my welder should not go outside... Apparently because welding rig trucks have there welders outside my little MIG should go out too. When I got back I did'nt know that she had hidden it in the closet, she had told me that she was going to tell me that she "had found it a new home where I could use it any time I needed." Its a very good thing she didn't tell me that.
Back to the house, she said she was running some more cable for the tv and her hip had touched it. More like body checked.
Regardless, What kind of problems should I look for? I dont even know how it fell. I know it was moved but no clue how it was before that.
She tolerated my motorcycle in the house all winter and spray painting my snowmobile hood in the basement...

I'd take it all out, bury it somewhere and say you pissed it all away in Vegas or something. Then either get a lawyer or go on a hunting trip. I'm with Moe. My wife doesn't even go near the shop, let alone rearrange or hide things.

Did you find the ball that goes under the spring?
The plastic washer could go under a shift arm and over an o-ring if it's ~1/2" dia.
I hate acronyms so what is IBR?

I will try to get a picture of the washer/ ring thing tonight. The gf has my camera it in her purse... She bought a $1K Nikon camera to take pictures but is too afraid to take it with her anywhere... so she drags around my dieing Sony cybershot in her purse every where.
She usually stays out of my shop/ basement unless it has to do with laundry or food from the freezer. Shit happens. Shes just gonna have to deal with it when I hang a spare grill from my truck on the wall with working lights in the head light pots in the living room wall.
