In my opinion the best manual, is the dealer service manual becuase it is the most accurate. Some alternate manuals do however explain things clearer or in more detial in many instances. Which is 'better' depends on what you are trying to achieve. Subject to personal preferences.

Unfortunetly they are pricey but very good . Paper versions are like $150 , or on CD for like $90 . Just got them for my 2004 Town and Country .
