Wondering the amount of cargo (window-less) van models Built in 1986 and their popularity. I find as a pureist, that a Van is windowless, and that they then evolve into passenger (windowed) Vans. My prefference has always been a window-less Van as the looks are cleaner and they just seem to be old school. Not deriding windowed Vans, there are a considerable amount of really nice examples out there. But I'v actually only seen a handfull of windowless Vans during My interest and resulting ownership. To me it would be described as a similarity of the difference between a two door and a four door, both cool, but the two door having a vast edge over the four door in the cusomization world. If there is a choice between a four door Satelite or a two door, obviously the two door would be the choice, or a Polara, or 57 Chevy, you see what I'm getting at... 2 door verses 4 door = windowless verses wondowed.

Well considering that was 23 years ago these were new and countless numbers of them were sold to fleets and carpet cleaner types, etc; theyre used up; so many of them racking up 2-300,000 in short order!!!
