I would like to know if anyone has a wiring schematic for a 78 w200. I have one but it doesn't have the wiring for the a/c. I'm trying to find our which wires in the old harness do what. My factory harness was so butchered up that i wouldn't be able to trace the wires if i wanted. I'm primarily trying to find out the original color of the a/c compressor wire. the one thats in here is i think a black with white stripe maybe and i need to figure this out for my new harness. See my schematic that i have doesn't show the A/C so the wires going into my heater switch are different colors then the schematic i have and i can't figure out which is which.
Also, i'm trying to locate the back up light switch. Is it in the cab under the dash or is in the one on the trans with 3 prongs on it.
