Yes, as long as isn't coolant.
Normal combustion produces H20 and C02... The H20 is most noticable when the engine and exhaust system are cold on a cold, humid day. As the engine warms up this turns to steam more readly and isn't visable.

Yes. This is more noticeable with larger V8 engines since they have higher cubic inches and more cylinder stroke vs a V6 or a 4 banger.
On Chrysler mini-vans, the muffler actually has a small rear hole for moisture condensate drainage.

Hih Did not k ow that, okay another dumb question I am a van fanatic I Love the 318 for its overall stock power and torque which i feel is brought out in this unibody beast!(p.s. Im sick of just one tire spinnin like its stupid is ther a simple remedy??) LMAO I left an entire walgreens parking lot in smoke with my beat up truck!!!! BUT I want more, whats the limits for this 318 here...... How hard would it to go a size bigger, say a 360 how would the motor mounts line up....... I want a sleeper LMAO in meaning that ******* will smoke you AND go into the woods and be suitable resting quarters... Please help Im cheap but very resourceful if thats a word.... ALSO lol I found out that a 93 conversion by international is kinda garbage but i love that velvet interior AWESOME BASE. WHy cuz I can grab onto my leaf springs through the old seat mounts.. LMAO But anywho What are the limits between the two 318, 360 and I heard about old motor homes pushin the 400's how would that work..

Well, you can get and engine stroke kit for the 318/5.2L and make it into something like a 349. From what I've read in the past the stroker out does the 360/5.9L.
