Aftermarket stereo

Anybody install one in their SRT 4 yet? If so, how the heck do you get the trim plate off that is around the climate controls, stereo and such? It does'nt act like it wants to just pull off and I don't see any screws anywhere. :help:

take all 4 climate knobs off then the 2 top vents ease them out with flat screwdriver from outside off vent, 2 screws above where vents are then trim plate will pop off
