my wifes van a 1998 with a 3.3 is leaking a little oil.it is coming from the cap and it's on tight.will i have to get a new cap or can i do something to the seal?it's leaking at the hose on the valve cover at the base,put a hose clamp on it?the wheel cylinder is leaking also(drum brakes) is the labor for that expensive?what will happen if i wait a while to fix that?thanks

if you leave the wheel cylinder you will leak brake fluid into your drum causing you to have to replace your brake shoes too and have to keep topping up your brake fluid

The oil leak from the cap sounds like maybe you're building up positive pressure in the crank case. Check over the PCV system, make sure the valve is working (replacement valves are pretty cheap) and the hoses are intact, and not clogged, or collapsed.
The leaky wheel cylinder is important, replace it. Eventually they will fail, and when they do, your brake pedal drops nearly to the floor, and breaking ability is reduced. This is a safety issue, and is of primary importance.
