Hey, I bought a 1998 Neon brand new for my wife and i have a question, I have babied this car so the car is like it came off the showroom floor...actually I did buy it off the show room floor...lol anyways does anyone have a problem with their steering wheel flaking? I only drive the car occasionally and I noticed it flaking around the steering wheel...does anyone else have this problem?

my is the 95 and it dose the same thing but around the horn but other then that no were else.....

My 2002 SE's wheel is pealing also. It go's to the shop next week for repair. Got to get it under warrenty. ;)

mine is 2002 too but my steering wheel is perfect.... just need to take car of it.. and if it got messed up im changin it to a removable steering wheel so i have a great chance of not gettin jack...

I no longer have the factory wheel on my 95 but before I took it off it was in great shape
