So first off let me start by saying i know nothing about turbo cars what so ever.. I owned a 02 Mustang GT had a few mods on it.. I always liked the srt-4s but never believed they were as quick as they are.. so i went to test drive one last week n fell inlove. i am now a proud owner of a 2005 srt-4.. now i hear all this stage 1-3 talk.. how can i do that with my car? what mods should be done? right now i have a blow off valve and a turbo timmer which the previous owner had installed.. whats next any suggestions and can some one please fill me in on the stages please.. thanks..

Congradulations for expressing your jewel and how fast it can be and can even be faster with more upgrades. The upgrades come in different stages, 1,2, and 3. And also there are bolt ons that you can make, but need to monitor your boost, which will be very important. There are plenty of infos out there about your questions. Good luck!

There are so many options and so many ways to creap up on what you want it is hard to know what to tell you. I hate to recomend another web site, however it is LOADED with info.

Read it first, there are a lot of "how to" and "what next" including people that want to go a little faster to people that have gone as far as a full drag race car. Modifications are not cheap, but can be very worth it.

It's take alot of money to go faster, but it all depends on what you want to do with your ride. Just make sure you have a oil catch can and go from there. I have 04 Silver SRT-4 and pretty much still stock, but will go to a stage 1...hopefully this year. I really love my ride and I try to not place too much miles on it. Good luck on yours!

Stage 1/2 are almost old news now. The Diablo Sports Predator is fast becoming the "must have" first mod now. That along with an aftermarket wastegate and a full 3" exhaust should bring the car to life tremendously................

Actually, you can run flat 13s on a bone stock srt with just slicks.
You can run low 12s with just $1,000 in upgrades.
You dont really need a catch can.

You can go a million ways when modding an SRT4. How much money do you have to spend? Will this be your track car? Know something about tunning? Do you just want plug and play mods? Do you want to go big turbo or stay stock turbo?
