Looking for the horn on 2005 Caravan

My father wants to replace the horn on his 2005 Caravan but cannot locate it. I am not familiar with this van, can someone point me in the right direction?

it is behind the front bumper on the left front could get it off from the bottom, but the repair procedure says to remove the front bumper. hope you can find it
