Help! '98 Grand Caravan SE compressor turns on approx 3 secs after turning engine on even if fan and ac buttons are off and not on defog/defrost. Whether driving or idling, without touching buttons, compressor will remain engaged for as long as engine is on, causing frost on pipes. Compressor will stay on even if thermostat at minimum with ac button on and thermostat at minimum.
