well now im looking at buying a better intake for mine...and a muffler and looking to buy some rims too....but still ganna get my body kit some time soon i hope........but other things are looking bad now so got to take care of them first.....i found a guy up here that dose paint jobs for $100 but i got to buy the paint so i think after i get my body kit thats what im ganna do...(cuz neons paint sucks)

yeah i know that but i like neons but these days im thinking to get rid of the thing cuz everything is going wrong with it now.......but ill make the best of it while i got it....

I've never had anything majorly go wrong with my car, except for a hydrolocking, but that was my own fault. My car is very simple, its an engine and a body. Nothing extra, no PS, AC, anything. If I don't need it, I got rid of it. My car is INCREDIBLY easy to work on, and if anything goes wrong, its usually just a sensor. Pretty much anything wrong with a neon leads back to a sensor, connection, or a fuse.

Body kits are nice, but they have to be done right. Get a good quality kit, from a company you've heard of, and you know sells a quality product. All these back-of-the-magazine and ebay shops sell out of their basement, and buy from china. They claim the BEST quality, and show people twisting the front bumper cover to show how flexable it is, and thus it has good quality. Thats just BS. Has anyone seen the pimp my ride with the nissan 240 on it? Thats what an ebay body kit looks like.

I like the wings west's, and the Xenon's, They both fit good and look nice.

i was letting someone drive my car and they were going to 3rd and went to 1st after that it was knocking like crazy so we took it home.....so we dont really know what it is but i think im just ganna go dohc now cuz i have wanting to do it for a while...

The knocking may be in the transmission, or a bad bobble strut. Unless you know its absolutely the engine, I'd look into other things, you may replace the engine and come to find that the knocking is still there.
