http://i39.tinypic.com/3090oc1.jpgAgreed!! There is a black/silver one like that at my local dealer, not lifted though. Stopped by Friday and looked at it and a salesman came out and said...I can make you a heckuva deal buddy... I said I bet you can but, I like not having a payment right now. But after seeing that pic it sure makes a fella think.

Good looking 1500 for sure. Stock height 1500's just look too low to me. Heck, stock height 2500/3500's look too low to me though too. Must be some sort of theme.

Very nice truck 04Hemi24!!! I just got done removing the door handles on my truck and removing the chrome covers and painting the handles black...BIG improvement. I still have to do the t/gate handle and was considering going with the ram head emblem on the t/gate and after seeing your pics I think I will. So if anybody has one off an 05 to 08 feel free to send it my way!!!

Yes, they are 35'' nitto terra grapplers on pro comp wheels, with a 6'' pro comp lift.

I'm going to be installing the same lift shortly. Did you have to do any modification to the exhaust to clear the front driveshaft?

The only thing I had to adjust was the exhaust, by flexing the pipe to give it an extra 1/4'' of clearance, it only had a 1/4'' so now it has a 1/2'' clearance for engine flex before it would touch the drive. Just be gentle if you have to tweak your exhaust, to make sure u don't mess the doughnut gasket up on the manifold. Good luck on the install, took me about 13 hours by myself, making sure everything was right, and I had a little trouble getting one bracket aligned on the rear 4 link. Post some pics when done!!

check it...lift from dodge fits 37s. pretty tight write up
The lift is only a 4". I wouldn't put 37's on a 4" lift.

what do you mean by flexing? How did you do it exactly? mine is getting installed soon and I want to inform the mechanic about it.
Is it mentioned in the Pro-Comp installation instructions?
thanks in advance,

I get to drive by Fenton plant about once a week and it is cool to see the trucks out there. Too bad Dodge closed this plant and not the ones in Mexico or Canada. Glad all that stimulus money kept workers in other countries employed and displaced families from around Saint Louis. I made sure when I bought my truck that it was made in the USA. Off topic but needed to be said.

I mean that I had to tweak or slightly bend the exhaust coming off the exhaust manifold to get enough clearance away from the front drive shaft. It had about 1/4 '' clearance so I adjusted it slightly to give it about 1/2''........but because the front differential doesn't move around when driving, 1/2'' is plenty IMO.........worst case is you will need a exhaust shop to bend and weld in a new short piece for clearance like CPELTON did to his......but you may need to do nothing at all to it.........I just used a 2x4 to pry against the frame and exhaust.
