Alright guys, I've looked around and I did not find anything about showing off your 4th Gen rides on this side of the forum
I would like us to start a decent thread where everyone with a 4th Gen Dodge, soon to own, or had can just show off their beasts.
The rules are as follows:
-You can only insert images of your current 4th Gen and or your future one (this includes 1500s, the soon 2500s and 3500s)
-Exterior shots a must (Interiors are welcome)
-NO off topic discussions allowed. (Just to stay on topic)
-Please include year, model, trim and please include what you have done with it (e.g. Exhaust, Intake, Lifted, Lowered, etc...)
This will help us and future members/owners such as myself, look at the different setups and possibilities that the 4th Gen Dodge Ram can have. It may also serve as a deciding factor for many of us, and it will bring pride and ownership to this Dodge community!

This is an 09 Laramie with Buckets, Nav, Sun, and Dvd Headrests, Ram Box and oooo Yay it has a Hemi. I have a good friend in Graphics and that where the TRX comes from. I think it really sets the tuck off.

Thanks. I really liked the color but I wasn't a fan of the Laramie at first because all of 'em I saw were two-tone. Then while looking around the lot, the salesman I was working at asked if I liked the Laramie. I told him and he said "I think we have a monotone one." We found it and I was hooked.
The only thing I dont like right now are the wheels. That plastic "cladding" junk that Dodge put on them is horrible. I'll fix that in a month or two. Gotta order me a bedrug and a tonneau cover first. :D

I'm sure you could've swapped out the rims with some of the other models. I have to agree with you too, my father-in-law and I went to test drive one and he noticed it first.
He was telling me, "Man personally I would replace these junk rims if I was to buy this model." He has an immaculate 2005 Ram 2500, loves it and wants a brand new one now.

Yes that is the front end replacement. They are "Frontier" not Ranch Hand. Both are made here in TX, Ranch Hand will not have anything ready for another six weeks according to the store in Irving. They also told me the Summit front end is all they are planning.

yes i bought that truck at dallas dodge right of of 635 they gave me a pretty good deal i think it was right around 40 but it is fully loaded cover and all now all i wanna do is a lift and tires and be done with it and a couple little things here and there

Thanks for the compliments guys. No plans for lifting the Ram at this point. It is used to tow the Jeep, Challenger, and ATVs on an auto transport trailer, and also does minor back country exploring. I've ordered a set of wheels, and 33 x 12.50 R-20 Toyo Open Country MT tires for the truck, and we'll see how it does with that upgrade. The Jeep is for the more difficult off road terrain.

Here is my new Ram. I've only had it a week and a half.
Quad Cab SLT, but not all the options.
17' wheels, 3.55 rearend, 5.7 Hemi.
I just had chrome steps and the rear hitch installed.
Tomorrow I have Line X spraying the bed, and a Bakflip is on order.

All of the dealers here stated the same thing. It takes the right buyer, otherwise that truck would just sit on their lot for months. That is why they don't have them.

Here's mine, had it a week and a half now. Was waiting to get the liner sprayed in. Everything was great until the dealer came out and told me the guy washing it scratched it with his belt buckle...(pic below) I am so pissed , now I have to take it back next week to get repaired. At least the dealer is treating it like transport damage and returning it to "like new" condition. Aside from that and already having to get a flat repaired, I am very pleased with the truck. BTW, I stepped in the bed with dirty shoes...it was perfect before that.

I agree with that. The Rambox would be more for those who need the storage and dont want a toolbox i guess. Personally I would be torn between to have it or not. Need the room for tools and recovery gear but also room for hauling, although does it sacrafice THAT MUCH space??

Ram Box only takes up the space that realistically is not usable. Its got a hell of a lot of storage. Only thing is I prefer when a tonnue cover can sit on top of the rails and with rambox it would have to be within the bedrails. If you want to put a cap on the truck like some people like doing forget getting the rambox then. Its a $1800.00 option if I remember correctly and for me just to say hey I have the all new rambox would be wasted money. For a contractor of any kind I think would be a great feature to have.

I agree, personally I wouldnt get it to say I got it. I would get it because that space it takes up isnt too usefull for me. Sure I could fit an extra bail of hay or bag of seed but everything else I load in it really doesnt require that space. If i got a new ram, Id probably get the rambox.

It is a Kensingston liquidaux piece that allows you to hook up your ipod or iphone to the aux port on your stereo. It comes with a remote you can attach to your steering wheel that will operate the ipod or iphone.

Thanks. I used to always have a RC then came kids...........now its just me and the wife so I *finally* got back into one. All the 09 Ram configurations are awesome looking, wherever you go you will get looks in any of them.
I have yet to see another 09 RC on the street.

I would like to have gotten them, but they are onl available with the super short bed. I had to get a QC because the CC bed is too small.

My Sunburst Orange Hemi CC Sport. Mods so far are a 14" Mufflex kit, Laramie wheels, In Channel Ventvisors and Husky WeatherBeater Floor Liners. Probably a Leer 100XQ before the end of summer.
Nicest truck I've owned to date. And I've owned a few.
Haha my wife said the same thing about the yellow one at my dealer it even had the 500 watt stereo in it.

Edit: nevermind, i saw your explaination of buying the new bumper to upgrade to the dual exhaust on another post. It will look sweet.

took me 9 hours to install the 4" superlift yesterday and had the 35x12.5R20 Procomp Xtreme A/T's mounted today.

That looks like the exact truck I ordered. I noticed that you didn't spray the bedliner over the top of the rear fenders. It looks like you kept the factory caps on. I was wondering if there was a reason for that. I'm looking to get a line-X myself, and I was hoping to have then spray under the caps, that way it doesn't scratch the paint underneath.

The tops of the bed rails look like swiss cheese when you take the plastic caps off. I also sprayed my Rhino under the rail because of this. It would take a bit of metal work to smooth out the top of the rails before having ti sprayed over the top. Wasn't worth it for me. The plastic caps should protect the bed rails reasonably well, and are replaceable if it comes to that.

cpelton, that truck looks bad ASS with the lift! It almost looks like an HD from the front... I really like it a lot.
What kind of mpg decrease did you experience after mounting the big tires?

new to the forums. here is my 2009 crew cab SLT. It has the 4.7v8 with 3.92 gear ratio. got the truck in july 09. One of the things i am wanting to do is ad some chrome wheels to it soon Im really not a big fan of the silver wheels
