I was thinking about taking advantage of the Employee Pricing ++ by buying a new Caliber. I could have sworn that I read somewhere that the Caliber was available in All-Wheel-Drive, but the Dodge site doesn't mention such an option. Where I live, AWD is a must. Am I missing something here? Is it available with AWD or not?

It does seem the 4x4 has been dropped in the Caliber and Avenger line. The Jeep Compass and Jeep Patriot are both assembled at the same Illinois plant that produces the Caliber. The Compass and Patriot both have four-wheel-drive. You might check them out.
Or ... have the dealer find a NEW 2008 Caliber 4x4, you should be able to get a great deal on a 2008!
