help 93 Ram no fuel

Please help with my 93 Ram (V8 318). It will not start, it has spark and will try to start with ether. There is no pressure at the fuel line. I tried swapping relays around, but no help. On the fuel pump realy, there's a green/black wire that I think goes to the fuel pump, there is no power.Is there a fuel pressure sensor that could be cutting it out? Any advice to figure this out?
